At Atelier Kocareva, we offer worldwide shipping with a flat rate of $10. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. All items are carefully packed and shipped in a sturdy box or envelope, depending on their size and shape.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Atelier Kocareva. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.
